Returns & Exchanges 

Because all Heavenly Hands press-on nails are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work to make it right.

Safety Disclaimer

Heavenly Hands is not responsible for allergic reactions to nail glue, adhesive tabs, or other application products. If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Application tools such as nail files, cuticle sticks, and other accessories should be used with care. Improper use may result in minor cuts, irritation, or damage to the natural nail.

By purchasing and using Heavenly Hands products, you acknowledge that proper application, removal, and care are your responsibility. Please follow all included instructions carefully.
