Thank you for shopping with Heavenly Hands! Every set of nails is handmade to order with care, so please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

All press-on nail sets are handmade after your order is placed. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Estimated shipping times:

U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Heavenly Hands is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it only if your order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Heavenly Hands is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
